The Botanica project is a testament to EFG Architecture's commitment to designing high-quality, mixed-use residential spaces that serve as cornerstones of their communities.
Located in St. Albert, AB, Botanica is an ongoing project that began in 2012, with a construction value of $55 million and consisting of 280 units​. Botanica was designed with a vision of delivering a high standard of community-inspired living. It boasts spectacular views, close proximity to many of St. Albert’s amenities, and allows its residents to enjoy the outdoors with the city's renowned riverfront space just a stone's throw away. To honour the legacy of the Hole Family, the design incorporated a two-storey Central Hall Lobby complete with a water and botanical tribute to the late Lois Hole, a rooftop terrace, a two-storey health and wellness centre, and an underground parkade​1​.
Botanica's design set a new standard in luxury condominium living. This project exemplifies EFG Architecture's dedication to creating residential spaces that not only provide shelter but also enhance the quality of life for its residents.
